Kyle Sparks
Certified Stretch Therapist
I have over 10 years of experience in fitness, health and coaching. I attained my BS in kinesiology with an emphasis in health science from California State University San Marcos. Received my certification in Stretching & Flexibility from Pain Posture Performance. I was a collegiate athlete in track & field, competing in the decathlon for 4 years. My background is in athletic training but I also have experience in physical therapy, working as an aid for 2 years. Some of my interests include backpacking, kayaking, camping, hiking, and traveling. Outside of stretching, I also personal train and specialize in athletic performance for athletes. I believe that stretching is the most important part of exercise and overall wellness. Stretching enhances your ability to maximize your body’s performance, increasing range of motion for everyday activities and allowing you to go beyond your body’s limits.
